No. Every engagement, even the two-week Sprint, ends with something running, not just a slide deck. You get a working prototype and a plan you can act on, whether or not you build the rest with us.
What if the honest answer is that AI isn't right for us yet?
Then that's what we'll tell you. Part of what you're paying for is a straight answer, even when it's 'not now.' We'd rather say that upfront than sell you a build that doesn't pay off.
Are we locked into a particular AI tool or vendor?
No. We pick whatever fits the job, not whatever a vendor partnership pushes us toward. And since you own the code and accounts when we're done, you're never stuck with us either.
What does the Sprint actually cost, and what if we don't move forward?
The Sprint is fixed-price. If you move into the full build afterward, that fee comes off the total, so the first step effectively costs nothing if you continue. If you don't, you keep the plan either way.
How much of our own time does this actually take?
Less than most consulting engagements. The Sprint runs on a handful of focused sessions, not weeks of your people sitting in workshops. We do the legwork, we just need your input at the right moments.
Where does our data actually go during this?
Nowhere you don't control. We build inside your own accounts and systems. Nothing gets shipped off to train someone else's model.
