PoC & MVP Development

Test the risky part before you build the whole thing

Prove the idea before you fund the build. We ship a working proof of concept — then an MVP real users can touch — so you invest with evidence, not a hunch.

What we cover

What our PoC & MVP work actually covers

  • 01
    Where to start

    AI Strategy Roadmap

We pinpoint the highest-value idea and sequence a costed path from proof to product.

    • The highest-value idea, named
    • A costed, sequenced path
    • The ideas we'd tell you to drop
  • 02
    Prove the risky part

    AI PoC Development

A technical proof of concept that de-risks the hardest assumption before you fund the build.

    • One question, answered on your data
    • A pass mark agreed before we build
    • A proof allowed to fail
  • 03
    Ship to real users

    AI MVP Launch

A lean, production-grade MVP real users can touch — shipped fast and owned by you.

    • Production-grade, not a demo
    • Wired into the systems you already run
    • Code, accounts and docs handed to you
The approach

The path from idea to live product

A short, evidence-first path from idea to a working system real users can touch, de-risking every step before the next dollar goes in.

  1. 01 / 09

    Discovery & requirements

We map the problem, the users, and the single riskiest assumption worth testing first.

  2. 02 / 09

    Feasibility & data check

An honest read on whether the data, models, and tooling can actually deliver the outcome.

  3. 03 / 09

    Success metrics defined

We agree upfront on what 'it works' means — measurable, so the PoC gives a clear verdict.

  4. 04 / 09

    PoC architecture

A lean architecture aimed squarely at proving the risky part, not building everything.

  5. 05 / 09

    Build the proof of concept

We build the smallest thing that answers the question — running, so you can see it work.

  6. 06 / 09

    Evaluate & decide

We measure against the metrics and give a straight go / no-go, with evidence behind it.

  7. 07 / 09

    MVP scoping

If it's a go, we scope the leanest MVP that delivers real value to real users.

  8. 08 / 09

    Build & integrate the MVP

Production-grade build, wired into your systems, secured and monitored from day one.

  9. 09 / 09

    Launch, measure, iterate

We ship to users, watch the numbers, and iterate — with you owning all of it.

Where are you starting from

Still validating, or ready to build? Either way, there's a starting point.

Wherever you're starting, the next step is a working system, not another deck.

  • Still Validating

“We think there's something here, but we haven't proven it yet.”

You've got an idea worth testing, but no evidence yet either way. Start with a PoC that gives you a real answer, not just an opinion.

Start with a PoC Proves feasibility in weeks
  • Ready to Build

“We already know what we're building. We just need it built.”

The concept's validated and the scope is clear. We move straight to the MVP and get it in front of real users.

Why it pays off

What proving it first actually buys you

Small, fast, evidence-first steps beat a big bet, here's what that buys you.

De-risk the investment

Prove the hardest assumption for a fraction of the full build — so the big spend only happens once you have evidence it'll pay off.

01 / 06

Move faster to market

A focused PoC and MVP get something real in front of users in weeks, not quarters — you learn while competitors are still planning.

02 / 06

Assess product-market fit

Real usage and real feedback tell you whether this solves an actual problem, before you spend on scaling it.

03 / 06

Win stakeholder buy-in

A working demo changes the conversation. It's far easier to fund something a board can see running than a slide deck.

04 / 06

Spend less, learn more

Small, staged bets mean you kill bad ideas cheaply and pour budget into the ones the evidence supports.

05 / 06

Build the right thing

Early user feedback steers the roadmap, so the MVP you scale is the one people actually want.

People who've actually shipped PoCs and MVPs before

Senior practitioners, not a rotating bench of junior hires. 15+ years building production software, now focused on fast PoCs and lean MVPs.

Straight answers, even the unwelcome ones

We tell you what's worth building and what isn't, even when it's not what you hoped.

We've seen where PoCs go wrong

Built PoCs and MVPs across EdTech, e-commerce, healthcare, and professional services, so we design out the pitfalls before they cost a rebuild.

You own everything

Code, accounts, and docs handed fully to you, with training to run it. No lock-in, ever.

Senior team, fixed price

Senior practitioners who've owned production systems, on a fixed price for fixed scope, never hourly.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The things companies ask us before the first working session. Still curious? Just ask.

What's the difference between a PoC and an MVP?

A proof of concept proves the single riskiest assumption works — it answers 'is this feasible?'. An MVP is a lean, production-grade product real users can actually use — it answers 'do people want it, and does it deliver value?'. We often do the PoC first, then the MVP once the risk is retired.

How long does a PoC or MVP take?

It depends on what we're testing, which is exactly what the AI Pulse Sprint figures out first. That two-week engagement gives you a scoped timeline for your specific case, instead of a generic range that may not apply to you.

What does it cost, and how do you price it?

Every PoC and MVP is scoped individually, so we don't quote a number until we know what we're actually building. The AI Pulse Sprint is the fixed-price, two-week way to get that scope, and if you move forward, the fee is credited toward the build.

Do we own the code and the IP?

Yes, entirely. Code, accounts, and documentation are yours from day one, whether you continue with us or not.

What happens if the PoC shows it won't work?

Then you've saved yourself the cost of a full build for the price of a PoC. We'll tell you plainly if the evidence doesn't support moving forward, that's the point of proving it first.
